We have a dedicated Call center that provides you with offsite support. Our vast network of Service Partners also extend this service through mails, calls and support center.
Integrated support within Tally.ERP 9 and Shoper 9 enables the users to post, track and close queries right from within the product. This mode is the quickest, most convenient way of getting support directly from a Tally Service Partner of your choice. Using Support center would help you keep a track of all your service queries even after they are resolved.
Your support center is just a click away from the gateway of Tally.ERP 9. It’s on the top right hand side of the screen. You can also press Ctl+ H to access your support center.
